Is this open beta or close beta? Because i'm worried that my heroes will be wiped out

1. Well since you can freely create an account it's of course NOT closed beta.
2. Not even sure if its open beta, it may be final version, not even sure it's beta.
3. Your heroes will never get deleted since it's pay to win. You pay for a lot of heroes and items, none of your items will ever disappear.
