Our leader quit without warning and made me new boss, so I kicked out everybody that had not been in the game for more than a week, and now we are a half full guild.
The remaining people all seem quite active, so if we can just find another guild willing to kick their inactive players out, we could merge and have a guild full of active players.
That would be real nice, compared to playing in a guild where half the people are not really playing the game, right?!

Top 5 ranked players are level 80-81, with another half dozen players around level 75, and most of the rest above level 65.
Very steady activity.
Leadership issues will not be a problem.
