Ranked matches broken

The "Contact Us" button is broken. Ranked matches are broken. HELP UCOOL.

Every other function of the game works fine, except the ability to report problems and ranked matches. I now have 7 matches in the last 4 days, marked as AFK due to a broken game. ID#15459036. See attached screenshot. "Your current battle progress is not synchronized with the game server. Please restart the game."

I have restarted the game for 4 days. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. PLEASE FIX. Please return my 7 AFKs. I don't AFK, EVER.
