    On Several Issues in Heroes Charge 1.2

    Dear Leaders,

    Earlier today Heroes Charge was updated to version 1.2 but experienced some unexpected issues. The team are currently conducting an investigation into the issue and are looking for ways to lessen the impact in the future. Ember would like to apologize to all leaders for the inconvenience and unpleasant game experience these issues might have caused. I now officially proclaim:

    1 All the remaining gems from the old 4.99 USD Monthly Card will be sent to related leaders via in game mailbox later today.
    2 Leaders who gained the extra gems caused by a server bug will be rolled back to an earlier status, so that we can maintain the game balance. But affected leaders will receive a compensation.
    3 Numerous other bugs will be fixed in a timely manner.
    4 We will make compensation to all leaders to your satisfaction.

    Thank you for all our leaders as we work on these issues. Please contact customer service team if you need more help.

    rollback

    So those of us who were unaware of this being a bug(I thought it was additional gems based off previous purchases due to the price change) and spent hours upgrading my team, playing campaign, etc.

    All of my time will go to waste because of a fault on your end?

    I don't see how that is acceptable.

    Does that mean some people will be rolled back and others wont?

    i would really prefer everyone was was rolled back so there were no margin for error..

    problem

    i absolutely agree with drakediesel ,
    because 2day after update i paid for new card and new gems, and got a new heroes, without any mistake

    the bug hapened 5 hours ago. so there isnt any days work being lost.
    if you bought before that you wont be affected, either way if if you have your receipt just email them and they will fix it.

    i think roll back all member and receive a compensation . it will maintain the game balance

    I think all players' data should be rolled back.
    The players received extra gems, they spend a lot of time to play. Now all players move forward, they're moving back to 2 hours ago. That's not fair I guess.

    But how do they know, what was dropped? where can i find a receipt? billing info?

    My monthly card was cancelled and i did not get any gem for it. What about the remaining gem for the days that i have not got?

    More time is being wasted as this rollback is taking forever.

    Do we just NOT play for now?

    Wasting time.
