    Lost monthly card after update.

    Hi,

    My character ID:2536751 server 13.

    After the update, I don't see my monthly card anymore, and when i clicked into the gem store, my monthly card is no longer activated. CAn you please check again ?

    Dear Leader,
    We are so sorry that some of the monthly cards data failed to synchronize to the new version's data base. Our developers will programatically re-activate all monthly cards today. Sorry for the mess again.

    Our developer told us that the unclaimed monthly cards daily rewards will be sent one-time later today.
    e.g. 15 days means you will receive 120 * 15 = 1800 Gems.
