    I disagree.

The best way to level up our heroes is battle. I prefer keep my pocket full so I can raise the skill levels, also gaining team level xp.
I do not sell cheeses, but the potions are worthy selling - in my opinion.

    Coins, Gems, Cheese and Potions

I agree that at lower levels, coins are required to upgrade the skills. However, as your heroes levels move higher and is able to get a fair amount of coins from booty and crusade, you will realised that cheese is needed badly. At lower levels, I exchange gems (70-270 gems per day) and even some items for coins to upgrade my heroes skills to almost max. When I reached level 67, I just exchange 10 to 70 gems per day. At current level 69, I have around 2M coins from crusade and booty caves. However, I can hardly upgrade more than 5 of my 15 purple+1 heroes to the team level due to lack of potions and cheese. The coins cannot be used as all the heroes are at their max. I spent 200 gems to buy cheese whenever Black Marketer or Goblin Merchant comes along. Hope this will help the newcomers decide whether to sell potions. Sell other stuff first but not soul stones (I did that!) and cheese. Enchanting your equipment can let you pit against other similar heroes with no enchantment of 3-4 levels higher.

Honestly when u are at such a high lvl farming for stones is great but what I recommend and correct me if I'm wrong. For players 50-70 should look at grinding for reels and fragments to create gear. At some point u are looking at 50 frags just to make one piece and with a 10 raid card it will only drop 3 or 4 so what I do is i look at who is closest to completing there sets and I use gem for stamm and grind for there gear and while u are doing that u will find your self with alot of extra gear to actually use for enchantments and you can gain 60 to 90 XP everytime as well and it also benefits your guild. In doing this i have 21 lvl 64 purple +1 heroes maxed out for my lvl at 64. It has helped me alot and I can use all of them for anything and everything.. I hope this helped and great post btw.
Also please fill free to let me know if I should do it differently

    NUMBER FIVE- ENCHANT EVERYTHING
    1) Disagree conditionally; at lower levels a player would likely be using the same few heroes and money is EVERYTHING as skills need to be upgraded accordingly so it might be bearable to sell xp items for quick cash.

    2) Levelling speed is only a problem if the player is in a brand new server so as to stay ahead of the pack. In the late game i'd rather use my gems to buy Bags of holdings or moonglows from godfather over refilling.

    3) No issue there.

    4) Crusade usually nets 1k + dragon coins a run, so if the player is only doing Comm/FM/Mystic those can be saved for gear

    5) Only lower levels should not enchant, purple and above its something to consider with respect to resources and when the hero will reach the level requirements for next promotion

So to be clear, the stat growth series of stats are misleading, or does it auto-balance and add up all the stat points you would have gotten if you waited to get to another star, from level one, when you evolve later? I noticed my Chaplain (only evolution i've done so far) gained some stats when I did it, but I wasn't sure if it was just a general bonus from the evolution, or the growth stats recalculating her totals.

Sorry to re-ask this, but when you say it "doesn't matter" you could mean that it gives the missing stats, or that the amount of stats you gain from leveling 5 star from 1 to 90(max?) vs leveling up and evolving whenever you can, don't make that big a difference. I just wanted to be clear.
