    Is there a tracking program?

    I'm new to CE, my city is constantly being plundered by a higher lvl 60 player from a rival allliance (i;m lvl 30) there's no way i can defeat him. HIs location is the city of throne, first he found me i don't know how when i've not attacked anyone from their alliance. I've used a random teleport to move away--again he found me
    i have not told anyone my location or attack anyone. How is he able to locate me on the map?

    about fighting enimes as map arena or lvel 10's take more damage then level 2's
