How to finish quest Evolutionary path? I finish elite lvl 4 already and lvl 5 normal.

Make sure you read what stage it is you need to finish. Go back and do it again if you've already cleared it. Clearing them before the quest comes up doesn't count.

It say: Complete 2 elite stages: Chapter 1 - A Rush of Unrest.
