Evony won't help me
I purchases a new computer, and I cannot get into my city---the game has forced me to start fresh. I went to a place where I could use the old computer, and used an old link, and there was my city.
--I don't understand WHY my e-mail and password will not get me to my city, and why I am being forced to start at ground zero
---I have sent a number of inquiries to evony support, but have received no reply

MACHet: I'm pretty sure you're completely out of luck. Even when Ucool WAS paying attention to this game, I'm unaware of any replacement of accidentally deleted generals (and it's not as uncommon as you might think).
26871365: As far as getting help from the developers, you're as screwed as MACHet. But I've got a couple of suggestions for you. Don't simply USE the functional link on the old computer ... write it down to make sure you're using the same link on the new machine. And after you log in on the old computer, make sure you log OUT when you leave. (If the game is looking for you using info from the old machine, it may not even consider data from the new one.) Also, if you're getting watchtower notifications on the old machine, turn them all off.
I offer no guarantees that any of this will work, but it's surely a lot more help than you'll get from Ucool.
