    Here's a guide for newbies.
numbers before bracket = EXP gained without raiding
numbers in bracket = raiding EXP gained through pots
    R = better to raid
left side = elite chapters | right side = normal chapters

dont bother chapter 8 onwards because you'll probably prefer to raid all to save time.
And it doesnt matter high or low levels certain maps will yield better exp with raids.

I'm still trying to understand this game as I am pretty new lol.. This post was extremely helpful just a bit confused.. I have 157/80 Stamina, and 26 tickets. I've made it to Chapter 3 Goblin's Invention... So do you recommend to do a few raids and use the potions to upgrade my hero's?

So if you are saving time, go ahead for raid, but if you are the person who really cares about exp, you got to figure out the differences between every Elites. Btw, it would be really nice if somebody can show all the differences between all the Elite stages because this is a pretty popular Thread.
. Hi 👋, I'm a relatively new player, but I think that I've noticed that when I raid I don't get any coins. Am I correct?

No, you do get coins when you use the raid function.

Holy crap... I've been telling my friends to NOT use raid tickets because I thought you got less XP! I suppose this explains why it is actually beneficial to get a higher VIP rank so you can get more tickets each day. I figured it was uCool's way of just giving you free gold (from selling them) haha. Looks like I have some apologies to make! :P

Exp difference is minor. The main draw is you can pick which hero to use potions on, rather than normal fights that exp only applies to the 5 used. And of course the time saving element.
Life would be better with more Legos, and more naps.

Sure, but that's a pretty big deal IMO. And even if the XP difference is minor in a single instance, after hundreds and thousands of instances over time, a little bit of XP becomes a lot of XP.

So you choose normal fight than raid ticket?
Maybe you should go find job then.

To each their own, I suppose. I know someone that has sold every raid ticket he ever looted. Hasn't hurt his progression really, but he does spend a lot more time in the campaign than I do because of it. So, whatever works for you.

or maybe he has a job/education where he can just auto combat all the time while he continues to do his work .

I personally prefer to not raid. My reasons are simple. I farm everything with my arena team. I.m.h.o your arena team is the most important team to max every time you lvl up. Sure the potions are nice so you can choose your heroes to give them to, but isn’t that what the time rift and booty cave is for? well for me any way. I am just in my 60's, maybe it will be different when i get in to the 70's but for now I'll stick with my methods of madness hehe. Like stated before, to each their own.

I'm trying to understand your logic. You prefer the experience to go to your arena team so you don't raid right? You can accomplish the same goal by simply giving the XP items you get via raiding to your arena team, and do it in a fraction of the time. I guess if you have tons of time to commit to clicking start/auto attack the difference is minimal, but being able to blast through 100+ stamina in a matter of seconds is a huge benefit if your time is limited.
