And also: credit, rank and amount of heroes is irrelevant, ID basically stores that information you could say

In case the staff of Ucool are to dumb to help people out i was thinking to do the most work for that company. So they have a ticket to lazy town and just need to do 2 clicks to let this whole thing running again . Besides that i'm going to mail google play for this, that all games from Ucool should be banned !. They want to make money of a game without customer service this is illegal, google should do something about this .

I can have studied for game artist and know exactly what is going on . This is also partially google's fault for allowing this to be advertised and sold on their network " google gets a cut for each app on google play without them checking the value of an app and how the service would be like ,before allowing an app to be launched on googe play . Sorry this is also partially google's shit stick for everyone .

My son account also lost, after i roughtly go through this forum, understand that is no more support from ucool CS. So what you guys going to do about it?
