server not synchronized

How can i fix this issue during playing rank games of heroes arena, the issue is your current battle progress is not synchronized with the server.
What should i do?

Updated game and tried to do ranked and got same message. Could not connect back after resetting.

Me too.
It continue restart untill the match end.
I found the "GM menu" in setting . Then i think our engine difference from others. I feel like Dev. Team fix old engine but them may missing to edit some code.

I don't know how it difficult to develop the game, but i feel the time that they used and productivity of new engine not suitable.

However if Dev team can't fix this soon, update previous patch please.
At least l can play ranked mode without error.

No, there is currently no fix for this issue in ranked due to Ucool being useless and pathetic. It doesn't affect all players though as my neighbour can play but I can't. I've even tried installing the previous versions again (from before the issue started) but the error persists. The creators don't respond to the forum, emails, social media complaints etc. I would recommend uninstalling the game and to wait for wild Rift to be released, it shouldn't be as pathetically useless as this crap. I even spent money on the game and this is what I get.

Open your game, click your avatar, in the bottom of left corner link your account and it is solved once and for all. Hope it helps you.
