    Purchased monthly card but did not receive package

    Hello there,

    I just purchased the 4.99 monthly card, but did not get the package in-game. I've force-closed the app several times and waited approx 15 minutes, but the package has still not unlocked for me in-game.

    My team nickname is Zhentil Keep, and I am on Server 2 Admiral.


    I checked iTunes, and I see the transaction has gone through and that I have been billed.

    Hi,

    I'd suggest you report this to the billing team via your game app.

    Here's how you go about reporting the issue.

    1. Tap on your Avatar (top left corner of your screen)
    2. Tap on "Support"
    3. Tap on "Customer Service"
    4. Tap on "Billing Issue"
    5. Fill out an email and send it over! (This uses your default email address found on your iphone/android)

    Hope it gets resolved! I know how it feels.

    Thanks Josef. I already reported via the app. Hope it gets resolved soon. Huge bummer to finally decide to pay and then it doesn't even work.

    I had a billing issue too! Submitted a report via the app. They got back to me within the same day, and the issue was solved on the next. They even offered me a little compensation for the trouble caused. They'll get back to you soon!
