Sent an email to your support but after a week still no response. Please explain the below feature in details how it works:

1.Magic Stone Chest
- How much Gems per use?
- Quantity of stones or items obtainable per use?
- Useful Info

Magic Stone Chest gives you 3-5 Soul Stones or even the Hero Card. And it costs 400 Gems per try. It shows "Hero of the week" and "Heroes of the day" which you would probably get. Of course there's a chance of getting Hero Cards or Hero Soul Stones you don't want.

each 400 gems= 1 type of heroes stone(ranging 3-5 soul stones) thats all?

I have understand from a in game player that we are able to draw 2 type heroes stones + 4 other gold items from 400 gems. Please clarify.

Hi Lex,
Yeah that's a bit expensive. But our operation team have their consideration. A VIP11 player might be pleased to use it when he has a good chance to get his most desirable hero.
And Godfather is an advanced shop selling most desirable items. The VIP Godfather feature lets you to summon the Godfather to your Camp permanently. High level players have a very small chance to meet the Godfather after each Campaign battle, but usually it only lasts for 1 hour.

At VIP 11 Bennefits I see:

Unlocks Godfather Permanent feature
Unlocks Magic Stone Chest purchases.
...

But no info about what it do that ones in game.
A VIP 11 require an 500 usd to be spend - more or less.

Now my questions is:
Would you spend 500 usd to unlock "X" permanent feature, and to purchase "Y" stones? - but I don't tell you what benefits gives you those neither in game no info what are those?!
You must be very curious, ask in forum and wait for response to tell it.

Could you ask your managers about this?

Memo: in game we have "Goblin Merchant" -and at VIP we don't have Unlocks Goblin merchant permanent feature!!! - maybe just a little text change is needed

You can only get Soul Stones of the Arena Coins Heroes in Magic Stone Chest which is expensive.

VIP level is permanent.
