More heroes (Event - September 11)

Hi,

According to I game event, the chances of receiving heroes from chests should be much higher from today, however, I have not recieved a single heroe from 4 gold chests and several bronze chests today.

It is really sad to have wasted my gems on such notification.

Please clarify what is going on.

Also, I would highly recommend the event where we were being given gold as a bonus on purchase of gems since gold is fairly hard to earn in this game.

Hi Kaboom,

I don't think that a higher chance of getting heroes would definitely mean a 100% chance of getting them.

Firstly, both bronze and gold chests contain things not just limited to heroes, but also usable items and gear. If the game event were to say an increased drop rate of gears and instead, you got heroes, you'd still be unhappy as it seems now. :P

Secondly, drop rates are not controlled by the game masters. In most games, RNG's are used to determine what you get randomly. Seems like the RNG gods weren't in your favor today.

Lastly, you shouldn't feel sad of losing gems from such events. Such events are there for a reason, which is to help gaming companies as such, earn money via members purchasing gems for these such events. I couldn't agree more that such events are the reason why so many players are still playing this game even tho it's quite new..

Hang in there.. you'll get something soon You still have until the 15th to try your luck again!

P.S - I've gotten 2 heroes from today's event so far, opened 5 bronze chests and 2 gold chests.
