    I've had nothing but trouble with ucool, several times I have purchased gems and they have not shown up in my game, most recently I bought a silver chest of gems and nothing in my game again. This is clearly an issue that needs fixed. When I contacted support though they did not answer, 3 emails later and I get a cheeky reply saying they will not help any more and that I should find my own solution! Wtf??

    I have purchased the $19.99 package twice and did not get my gems or my benefits points... This has happened several times. Now send me my purchases and correct your wrong doing... It is not fair for us to purchase and you refuse to correct the problem. My credit card was charged and you were paid. Now send me what I paid for

    Did not recieve everything from heroic package

    Hi, I recently purchased the heroic package, thinking that the purchasing on the same day that the event started would give me the full rewards during the event (Since the event started the same day that I purchased it) and didn't recieve anything on the events.     Exclamation Support button does not work on Androids

    The support button does not work on both my instances of HC. How do I request an investigation to a billing issue? Was charged but did not receive the purchase.
