    Hi Ember Team,

    I purchased my 2nd monthly card yesterday and waited until today for it to be activated in my account, however, until now i haven't received the 2nd monthly card yet. My 1st monthly card will expire tomorrow and i will be needing the daily gems for buying stamina. Please resolve this issue asap.

    Your assistance will be very much appreciated.

    Summary : I try to buy monthly card ( 35.000 Indonesian Rupiah ), didn't worked. Then i try again but still nothing changed.
    Bank already confirm that transaction is successful ( 35.000 x 2 = 70.000 Indonesian Rupiah )

    Customer support doesn't respond

    I've have attempted to get intouch with customer support 3 times by clicking on contact us and have not gotten a response and it's going on 3 weeks. I have created an account but it won't let me post a thread.

    Is this some kind of joke? So many people with the same problem as me and yet nobody answers. Nobody gives a cr*p about customers anymore. So many people with billing issues, how can you people sleep at night? The game is so great, yet the billing function appears to be written by a mentally ill programmer. Not only it does not work, but it does not work all-the-time. In 3 purchases I made, none I received. All three were credited in my credit card. This is so awful I can't even begin to explain.

    Yet here I am, sending yet another message, in the hopes of a good soul hear my crying.

    l have a problem. So l want to buy gems but when l see payment l see only USD. But l life in Germany and in Germany only Euro. When l say ok l buy but l see 99.99$=109.34€ ??? This so much more. How l can chenge USD to Euro?
    109€=119$. İf l want to buy 99.99$ but l paid 119$. Please help me.

    Hi ther thx for this awesome game ucool here is my problem i started playing heroes charge for months ..days and night now im Lvl 61 i tried to buy gems ..guess wut apple appstore is not available in my country (morocco) (fuck ipad) sry but im soo angry wasting all this time for nothing ...im asking if ther is any options to change my account from apple to android or windows because im gonna sell this ipad before i destroy it (it useless to me now) thx for ur help I appreciate this game and i cant start from zeroo i seriously need ur help ucoooooolo.
