Hello, I have the game on Android- at the top it says "Signin"and has a red dot. But when I click it it only shows me the rewards- I am VIP 4 so i want the rewards but how do i "Signin?

First of all i couldnt find how type a new post on site so i am sending this massage. I have an iphone and i downloaded heroes charge a few days ago and i love this game. But when i was newbie i made some mistakes and i want to create a new account and want to start from begginnig. But i tried to everything for example delete game from my phone and redownload also i changed my app id but i cant delete my old files and everytimes when i log in i see my old heroes how can i solve that. Please help me.
