    Problem Detail: I entered the game today to find most of my soul stones are missing. I was at 70 for the Death Knight, and now I'm back down to zero. The same applies to the Professional Killer and Bear Warrior. There were others that had less than 10 stones, so I'm not worried about them, but it took a long time to save up for the Death Knight, and to have it taken away after being so close is messed up.

    No Daily Events

    Estimate Time of Problem: 11:30 mountain standard time. 30 minutes after daily's are supposed to reset.

    Problem Detail: No daily events reset for me. Did not receive daily gems or tickets. (VIP 14). No daily quests to finish, and cannot reset anything such as Stamina, but the rift and trials reset. I am missing out on 900 exp. 150 tickets and 120 gems. Very annoyed with the game now, was going so smooth until today.

    Enchanted gear problem:
    I tried same character at 2 server 5 vs 12.
    Server 5 : full gear no enchant + promote = status value up (i call as 5)
    Server 12 : full gear enchanted + promote = status value up (5 too)

    So why they are same ? Nothing change ? Not better when enchanted ? Is that bug ?

    Force Freeze on Full Mana

    Problem Detail: Each time my heroes reach full mana, the screen freezes until I manually select the special skill. When on auto-fight, it does not release the special skill.

    Problem Detail: I hired a level 39 death knight from tifgmgo93 for crusade, however it changed to a lightning elemental from RedGard after one battle... Could you please help to check what happened? Tyvm!

    Also, I've got arena points after successfully defending against a team, however for the last few ( at least two ) successfully defense I didn't get any reward, is that by design? Not in the rule... Thanks again.
