    Estimate Time of Problem: past 5 weeks

    Problem Detail: Crusade item drop is not providing the correct drop right to items closer to my level. I have seen posts that discuss the average time frame in between drops. Based on my account I should see a useful item nearly ever 8 days. Please help me understand why this has occurred, and if a technical problem exists please correct it. Thank you for your time, and your continued work on my favorite game.

    Estimate Time of Problem: A couple of weeks ago. I have used the in game support but they are useless.

    Problem Detail: I was trying to upgrade my Warhall from level 3 to level 4 over a few days due to the furnace maxing out. I have been plundered along the way so I was bleeding resources. When I was close to reaching my goal. I used about 10 million in coins to transfer the rest of the lumber and ore required for the upgrade. Once I had enough I went to upgrade and the button was illuminated saying that I can click it. I clicked it and my resources that I had just purchased have disappeared. I had no money left to purchase the required resources to upgrade. I went into my raiding logs and there was no new entries. So I was confused as to how my resources disappeared.
    I logged an in-game support request and they told me to re-start my game. Not helpful in any way. They then showed me the logs saying that I was plundered. I told them that this could not have been the case as there was no plunder logs on my war hall screen. I was then told that there is a delay before they show up in the logs. I was quite annoyed at this as while I was waiting for support to fix the issue my resources have been plundered back down to the vault level. I was pretty much told it was just bad luck. But I am quite annoyed with the way that I was treated. As the support tickets are just being closed out without any information now.

    I do now know that this issue will be fixed in the next patch. Where players war hall cannot be plundered if they are logged on. Which I thank you so that others do not have to go through what I have just experienced.

    All that I ask is for the resources to level my war hall to level 4 as I had been robbed of the opportunity due to a delay in logs.
