Cannot play the game
Hi my characters name is Spliffster
I don't know my id and cannot find out because cannot play the game
I'm playing on my Apple iPad in a new server I'm a vip8 or 9 at the moment started about 3-4 days ago
Basically when I'm logging in I can't move the screen and cannot do enithing can you plz fix it for me as soon as possible plz
I cannot play sins yesterday 13:00 when a game was updated thx

Hi VIP, sorry for the inconvenience. Please try end the game process and then restart the Heroes Charge app. If it still doesn't work. Please download the latest release and try again.

Problem Detail: can't login says someone is logged on my acount. There are other people experience the same problem. I tried everything including force closing, reinstalling , logging out of Game Center.
I am getting desperate. I'm very serious about the game as you can see by VIP 15 status and I am in a severe competition for first spot on server so i can't lose xp.
Please fix this asap

Problem Detail: My brother n i use the same gmail account, i accidentally load his game and i lost my account. I tried to start a new game and this happens "can't login says someone is logged on my acount". There are other people experience the same problem. I tried everything including force closing, reinstalling , logging out of Game Center but it's still the same. I and my brother pull in pull out the game and now we got stuck and cant play. Please Help..I just want upgrade to VIP but this happens..

Problem Detail: I had a issue upgrading my skills, I spent about 650000 gold upgrading and popped an error message on my screen, something like "unable to upgrade skill" and my money gone... My skills still the same level as before the upgrade.

Problem Detail: I created a guild (ID 248) but none of my friends were able to locate it after reaching level 32. The settings were on public and I was forced to disband, effectively wasting 500 gems. According to them, they were on the same server.

Problem Detail: After rolled back... you just gave me back 3360 gems which is for 28 days, but I still have 45 days left zzz. And one more things... I just go to Rank 19 on pvp why don't u reset it?? Now I'm rank 31 but no more gem for it, i lost 600+gems from pvp. Please have a check on it. Thanks
