Problem Detail: I have a problem with the soul shop on server 206, the swordmaster dissapears from the shop and i cant see him. The others members of the guild can see him but i cant ... dont know what happend. They dont have Cat Fencer but i dont have swordmaster and i am the only one who has this problem.. i need like 20 more souls to summon him.. please help

Problem: About a week ago the device I had heroes charge installed on was broken (Amazon kindle). I can not get it fixed and can not interact with it at all. Today I tried to switch my account to blue stacks on my PC, but when I signed into google play, my heroes charge account is level 1. All progress is gone. I have no idea what happened. Hi Betty I keep getting messages from a player on my server because he doesn't not like when my guild members attack him in the arena. So far he has threatened to kill my family and burn me alive and called me a wide array of pretty vulgar names. I have received about 10 mails now.
