    Difficulty Associating Account

    I'm with extremally difficulty associating my account on my new device using Facebook.
    I have just one account and until now one device (iOS).
    Now, I'm trying to associate my account on my new device, a android tablet.
    It keep saying that the facebook isn't assiciated with any account.
    This is a big problem because soon I'll be changing my mobile and if I can't solve this problem I'll loose my account.

    Can anyone help me?

    Just to add more information:
    my mobile iOS braking down and just now it didn't open the heroes charge anymore.

    I can't get into the game at all! It's just stopped and died. I've reinstalled twice, done everything possible but no..:-(
    I remember trying to join Facebook and giving up and I remember reading you can only change to iOS from android ONCE. It seems strange but I went from android to Apple and here I'm stuck on my old tablet iOS 9.36. that won't even load it now.
    So crushed as my daily habit isn't now, L106 and after years of play I'm cut off without a word.

    Now it just keep closing by itself.
    I try to reinstall, nothing.
    It opens, connects, show the new thing about freeing Commander, and than close by itself.
    I donít to loose my account, please someone from ucool can help me?!

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you tell us your account id to check please? You have to link your device to facebook first because Apple doesn't allow us to link the App directly to Android version anymore. Thanks.

    Hi,

    My account id is 29505883.
    I tried to link to facebook and access on android, but it didin't worked. I tried several things and didn't worked.
    Now I don't have access to the account anymore, as I said, my mobile is breaking down and the app just don't start anymore.

    Please, help me.

    Could you also tell us both your Android System version and Heroes Charge game version please? Because we can see that the account is already linked. In this case we cannot help unless we can confirm that it's not working so that our admin would be able to help. And it's also a VIP account that your most latest or recent order receipt is also needed for us to confirm the ownership first even if our admin had decided to help. Thanks.

    I am also facing same issue from last week since I shifted to new device. I have done it before via Game Center, no issues observed then. Now it links through Facebook, it just keeps on 1st level with all my old account details gone. I have to go to my old device to play if i want on my established account. Please help. Here are my details:

    User ID/Account ID: 1091899
    Server: 2
    Player Name : SunnyB

    Facebook and Google Account:
    harpreetsingh.bhalla@gmail.com

    Now my old device is also pointing to Level1. Effectively I have lost my progress thus far. Please help link my account soon.. it is a week now that I am not able to get in my new phone .

    Hi,

    Two things:
    1st - The new update allows me to access my account.
    2nd - I'm still not able to link my Android tablet to my account using Facebook.

    Can you help me with that?

    Dear Leader
    As long as you have both Android and Apple devices. You could login your account with Game Center or Facebook and try unlink and relink the account. Or just unlink all links and then our admin could help. Our admin told me that he cannot help as long as it's still linked for security consideration. Thanks.

    Hi, we can see that your account is still linked to Game Center. You may link your account with facebook first and then you could login your account on your Android device using the Switch account feature(options->Link account->Switch account). For iOS devices, you may need to login your Game Center account on your device first before you can retrieve the account. Thanks.
