I can try to help you solve this problem, unless devs respond. The game is dead and they don't do anything with the game, so the chances are low.
So, first I'll ask you a question.

Did she connect her account to Facebook or Google Play store?

If no, then I can't help you and the chance for the developers to help you is very low. Not because they need you logged into Facebook, but because they, as I said, don't do anything with the game and the last update was like 2 years ago.

Well a couple hours ago there was a new update which means that developers are still active, there is a chance they will help
But if she connected her account to Facebook or Google Play there is a chance she can recover her account without developers. Did she connect her account?

Así es disculpen que me intrometa en la conversación pero pasó lo mismo con migo cambie de teléfono y descargue el Héroes Arena pase el tutorial y todo y cuando intenté conectar mi cuenta con Facebook no pude me decía que si se había vinculado pero no accedía a mi cuenta no se que puedo hacer tengo el nombre y la ID de la cuenta

That's the part i don't know but i think it's connected to the gmail acc

Then go to the profile of the new account, in top left, and tap link to Google Play or something like that and login with the correct email
That should allow her to login.
If you encounter any further issues try to use a screen recorder, make a short YouTube video showcasing the issue, and I will do as much as I can to help you.
