He did a decent damage. I'll do some testing myself as I think the current line up doesn't work against that DM/Mani.

I use him on my arena defense team (5*) and holding really well with the current META of mani/tf combo.

It doesn't matter if your team can dish out damage and kill your opponent because of lower gears. I'd rather kill the back line first than deal with TF first. We are now going to R1 meta, in the O2...

If you want to go to specifics that is okay, but why would I use a team that is heavily dependent on their ult against a manipulator team in the first place? Would you?

Survivability and Damage. It works now with the current gear set of your opponent. Once the DPS starts to get to R1+, your Manipulator ulti may not do much.

If you have tested a lot then you wouldn't be here complaining/whining. I can say that you haven't done enough testing because we have a lot of counters without the "VIP" heroes you are talking...

May I know the line up you are using with DL? As with all the heroes they have their pro's and con's.

MM suicide team can also beat the team above. I have just given a few based on top of my head and that doesn't mean other teams are not viable.

No need to for SM to ult twice. Hit all ulti once beam ends.

HN is in a bad spot right now (O2 and Red gears). I geared Lycan (red) first and have had good results so far. I will gear HN straight to Red 1 than let her stay at red.
