In your current server, you will have most of the access to VIP heroes like Halbert Master, as their soulstone is in store be it crusade or whatever store. But you will need to start all over again...
Doped King and Demon Assassin doesn't count. They just transfer these 2 heroes from Grand Tournament shop to Guild shop.
I think the worst is Hero's skin shop. I cannot earn any skin coin as i only completed tf skin and I have no extra skin to exchange for coins.
