Yeah, ucool's attitude of "legendary skills will cure all" had turned out (surprise, surprise) to be unrealistic, what usually happens is that good heroes who get L skills become a tad better and...

To all the contrarians - it's an option you don't have to use it so it shouldn't bother you and it is no different than any other filter the game has (like seeing only front or back heroes).....
