Out of your available pool, I'd go Warrior Monk, Emberstar, Lightning Master, Pro Killer and Shadow Leaf. For Arena and Campaign.
I'm assuming you're new like me, so higher stars is probably better...

I only buy chests when I have an excess amount of gold, large enough so the loss of 90000 isn't that much of an issue.
