That is a good point, but it is a chance for less intensive spenders,players who went on hiatus,etc to be competitive once again.

In addition, servers may be cap via VIP levels/AHP....

There should be maybe 5 servers for players below the level cap to migrate to. As players migrate & form super guilds, & the raising of level cap, a lot of players are no longer interested.

I think the purpose of the GT was to enforce the dominance of VIPs & people to utilize the migrate server function.

Well, my CA, Grif and Chemist are 3stars but they are R/R+1. You probably will have to work on them sooner or later but its better to manage your heroes based on your items and formations already...

From S45 & I cant remember a time when ARKH lost before so it was quite a feat.. They pretty much dominate the server.
