Shortly after my original post, the cap on almighty fragments was increased from 999 to 9999 but the EXP caps remain unchanged. WTF? Who's going to accumulate 9999 gear fragments? Horribly...

It's not whining. It is correct to expect common courtesy and proper etiquette from all players. I would never expect to be cursed at or in any way harrassed playing HC.
