I did think about keys rewarded by continuously sign-in, this may need new design... therefore I suggested an easy way, just replace the sign-in Gems. lol

My ER is 107 which same level with Alendris's setup and , 5/6 fully EE, fully trained, the different what I can see is mine only Red 2, not Red 3.

You have to go Ongoing Events > Magic Chest > Send Gift. Then go to Guild Chat to claim the Chest. Then go to Inventory > Items to open the chest.
