Promotion glitch. Converted orange almighty stones.

Problem Detail:
I logged into the game to burn off the rest of my stamina. I look to see what i needed for my Red +1 Tarot Prophet and see the promote button flashing. Thought that i might have gotten lucky on the crusades that i had completed earlier and click it. An error message soon appears and I shrug it off. I check to see what i need once more and notice that my 93 Orange Almighty stones had been converted to other gear. I was saving those stones for when i absolutely needed them instead of wasting them on fragments that could have been farmed from Outland/Campaign or gear that could have been queued for in guild raids. I would appreciate it if a developer could somehow reconverted the fragments back into almight stones please.

There are several glitches with promotion. For example, as you can see from the following screenshots, promoting Thunder Beast from P+4 --> O you need 3 hats, yet it lists 2. Still it used 3 so it seems like a display error. From O -->O+1 again was something off (I think ice staves but I am not sure, didn't bother to capture more screenshots).

I have encountered this several times. Haven't checked this everytime but the few times I did it was a display error as well.
